Does K&Company have an Angel Policy?
K&Company is honored that consumers would consider using our products for their special hand-crafted projects. K&Company products are generally sold only for personal, non-commercial use. Nevertheless, K&Company typically does not object to the use of a K&Company product on/in another product for resale in a limited quantity, provided that you comply with a few simple guidelines, which may be modified from time to time at K&Company’s discretion.


First, no K&Company artwork may be altered, mechanically reproduced or copied by any means (including, but not limited to, photocopying, computer scanning and printing, using overhead or opaque projectors for enlarging, hand-copying images, etc.).


Second, any item sold must be personally made by you (i.e. not mass produced).


Finally, K&Company’s artwork, trademarks, logos, etc. may not be used or incorporated into a company or personal logo, trademark, trade name, or trade dress; may not be used in any manner that is considered harmful by or toward K&Company; and may not be used in any other way that implies an endorsement of your items by, or affiliation of you with K&Company. Where can I order additional refill pages for my albums?
Please visit our Store Locator to find a retailer in your area or an online shop. You may also purchase refill pages and other select products directly through our Online Store.

How do I add additional refill pages to my album?
Detailed instructions for adding more pages are printed on the front of our refill page kits. Lay the album face-down on a flat surface and open the back cover. You will notice a small piece of the back cover that folds over to conceal the album posts. Open that flap toward the pages to expose the posts. A similar flap on the front cover hides the other end of the posts. Use your finger, a penny or a piece of tape to hold the front of the posts in place while unscrewing the back end with a penny or a screwdriver. Remove the back cover and screw in the extension posts that come with your refill page kit if necessary. Add your new pages, using cardboard spacers as necessary. Replace the back cover and screw the back half of the posts on.

My album posts seem to be stuck. What do I do?
We're sorry you are having trouble. Sometimes even the smallest fleck of metal will lock the metal posts up. Try using a piece of tape (scotch, masking, etc) up and down over the female end of the post. Use about a 4-inch piece and make sure it is securely in place over the post. Then flip the book over and firmly hold the taped end of the post in place. Use a penny to turn the male side of the screw post. That will usually break the post loose.

How many pages will my album hold?
In order to maintain the integrity of the album’s spine, we recommend using no more than 30 pages. Insert cardboard album spacers every three to five pages to keep the spine even with the pages.

Where can I purchase K&Company products? Can I buy directly from K&Company?
K&Company supports local independent craft and scrapbook stores, and would love to help you find a store in your area. What is the best way to adhere K&Company Vellum Quotes?
There are so many creative ways to adhere K&Company vellum quotes to your crafting projects. The standard method would be to use a Vellum Adhesive. K&Company recently partnered with an adhesive company called WackyTac, who has an amazing Vellum Tape. It virtually disappears behind your vellum! Our item number for this product is 000209; look for it at your local retailer or online! Other unique ways would be to use staples, eyelets or brads. If you sew, you can stitch the quotes in place. You can also use items like binder clips or paper clips (either the embellished kind, like what K&Company sells, or the standard office supply type). The possibilities are endless!

What's the best way to adhere K&Company Twinkle Type?
Wacky Tac Quick Dry Craft Glue or Wacky Tac Adhesive Dots are the best way to adhere Twinkle Type to your projects. Glue guns are also effective.

Glitter seems to be coming off my Twinkle Type. What do I do?
We've coated our Twinkle Type with plenty of glitter, so it's natural for a bit to flake off in the packaging or as you're arranging pieces. If you're concerned about this with your project, a thin misting of hair spray to each side prevents further flaking. The loose glitter in the Twinkle Type box can also be used on your project–and it will color-match to your Twinkle Type!

My organization is having a special event/fundraiser. Can I receive a donation?
We greatly appreciate your interest in K&Company’s products and are honored that you would choose our products to use at your event. We work very hard to thoughtfully design products that scrapbookers are proud to use. As you can imagine, we get many requests for donations on a daily basis. Though we would like to give to all who ask, we simply cannot. Therefore, we will not be able to make a donation to your organization at this time. We wish you the best of luck with your event.

K&Company does not offer a catalog for consumers. However, please visit our web site. at www.kandcompany.com to view our catalogs in PDF form, as well as our new interactive flip-through catalog. You may also purchase refill pages and other select products directly through our Online Store.

Can I still order College and Military frames?
Allied Products, Inc. is proud to have purchased the equipment for producing the licensed frame and wooden gift collection from K&Company. Allied will begin to shipping new production this Spring. Allied will accept wholesale orders beginning November 1st, with ship dates beginning Spring 2009. You must re-register your wholesale account on our new web site. in order to view Retailer Access areas of the site and to place orders. Once you apply we will verify that your wholesale account is active and in good standing and then unlock your new online Retailer Access account.

However, due to the significant amount of requests we receive, we are unable to furnish every organization with product donations. K&Company has discontinued our collegiate product lines. Select collegiate frame and gift items will be manufactured by Allied Products beginning Spring 2009. However, our collegiate scrapbooking products are no longer available.
